We source only the best French, American and European oak for TWB barrels through vertical integration and full ownership of stave mills in France and the United States. This allocated oak is hand-selected specifically for TWB barrels and is processed, seasoned and crafted according to the industry’s highest quality standards. In addition, we are committed to partnerships that promote excellence, such as PEFC certification.

Our premium oak is nurtured for 2-3 years according to the highest specifications, before being crafted into a barrel by our Certified TWB craftsmen. These coopers achieve their certification through an extended training and qualification process. This ensures all TWB barrels are built to exact specifications with the highest attention to detail.
